TEE-MINUS 365 DRAW – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply:


1. Entrants must be UK or Ireland residents over 18, not employees of the Welsh Assembly Government, or members of their families or anyone connected with the draw.

2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary.

4. The Welsh Assembly Government will allocate the individual prizes to the winners.

5. Prizes are as follows:
a) 1 first prize of two grounds tickets for The 2010 Ryder Cup matches at The Celtic Manor Resort, taking place from 1 to 3 October 2010. Double or twin accommodation of the Welsh Assembly Government’s choosing for the nights 30 September, 1 and 2 October. Parking passes for one of the official Park & Ride facilities.

b) 1 second prize of two grounds tickets for The 2010 Ryder Cup matches on Sunday 3 October 2010. Parking pass for one of the official Park & Ride facilities.

c) 1 third prize of two grounds tickets for The 2010 Ryder Cup matches on Saturday 2 October 2010. Parking pass for one of the official Park & Ride facilities.

d) 1 fourth prize of two grounds tickets for The 2010 Ryder Cup matches on Friday 1 October 2010. Parking pass for one of the official Park & Ride facilities.

6. All entries to be received by 31 October 2009.

7. The draw for the tickets will be made on 9 November 2009 and the winners will be notified by e-mail.

8. An independent person will make the draw.

9. The names of the winners will be made available to anyone sending an e-mail to Caroline Davies, Tourism & Marketing, Welsh Assembly Government, at caroline.davies@wales.gsi.gov.uk , with the subject heading ‘tee-minus 365 draw’.

10. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.

11. The winners agree to use their names and photography in future publicity.

12. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

13. Photographic identification (passport or driving licence) will be required both for ticket collection and for security checks on entry to the venue. The Welsh Assembly Government cannot accept any responsibility if admittance to the venue is refused due to lack of or incorrect identification.
