Prize draw terms and conditions

  1. Entrants must be UK residents over 18, not employees of the Welsh Assembly Government, Vale Resort or Golf Monthly or members of their families or anyone connected with the draw.
  2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  3. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary.
  4. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
  5. The Welsh Assembly Government will allocate the individual prize to the winner.
  6. The prize comprises two nights’ dinner, bed and full Welsh breakfast for two people staying in a twin or double room. Dinner will be in the Vale Grill Restaurant. 3 rounds of championship golf. Travel to the Vale Resort is not included, however, travel expenses incurred in order to take up the prize will be reimbursed; up to a value of £150 (receipts will be required). The break is subject to availability, must be taken mid-week and by Wednesday 30 November 2011.
  7. All entries to be received by 23.59 hours on Thursday 16 June 2011.
  8. The draw for the tickets will be made on Thursday 23 June 2011 and the winner will be informed by e-mail immediately after the draw.
  9. The name of the winner will be made available after Thursday 30 June 2011 and for a further 28 days to anyone sending their e-mail address to Caroline Davies, Welsh Assembly Government, at caroline.davies@wales.gsi.gov.uk in a message with the subject heading ‘Golf Monthly 2011 Vale Resort Draw’.
  10. Prize is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative will be offered.
  11. The winner agrees to use his/her name and photography in future publicity.
  12. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
